Orgreave campaigners continue inquiry campaign - 2 years after rejection

Campaigners and former miners from Doncaster, Barnsley and Rotherham are heading to London, calling for an independent public inquiry into events that took place at the Orgreave Coking Plant in June 1984.

95 miners were arrested on the picket line during the strikes.

The Truth and Justice Campaign are delivering a hand written letter to Home Secretary, Sajid Javid, as today (31st October) marks two years since Amber Rudd refused to order an inquiry.
