Bassetlaw Wants Better Broadband

Locals encouraged to sign petition.

A Bassetlaw business is backing Notts County Council's broadband campaign.

Headon Microflight aviation near Retford is among those who've signed a pledge of support.

Owner Martin Mosely says "There's a lot of businesses that are internet based and we use the internet now for a lot of things, so the speed of it is quite important."

The campaign aims to prove to telecoms companies there's a high level of demand for decent broadband speeds - including in rural parts of the county.
