Doncaster's new link road to boost local economy

The new Farrs link road is expected to create thousands of jobs, see thousands of new homes being built and encourage more local business.

24,000 private sector jobs will be created over the next 10 years, thanks to the new Farrs link road.

Mayor of Doncaster Peter Davies also claims more than 5,000 new homes will also be built - with private investment in the area estimated at £1.7bn.

Plans for the road - which will link the M18 and the airport - are due to be submitted in the spring.
