Councillors will meet to finalise a deal which'll hand over the stadium to Doncaster Rovers.
Under the agreement Rovers will hand over £133,000 for the first nine years for the lease, training ground and a pound for every car at the car boot sales.
While the council will pay £165,000 insurance costs and compensation for a naming rights contract.
