The demand on the salvation army in Doncaster is growing

The charity say it's handed out 42 in the borough over the past six weeks

The amount of food parcels being handed out to the most needy in Doncaster by the salvation army has doubled.

Between September and December - 65 parcels have been given out by the charity.

It's feared the need could rise further this year.
