Multiple dates from Saturday, August 24th to Monday, August 26th
The Nottinghamshire Group of the National Vintage Tractor & Engine Club (NVTEC Notts Group) will be holding its Annual Working Weekend and Show over the 3 days of the August Bank Holiday.
The event is a fantastic opportunity to spend a day in the countryside with family and friends to celebrate our rural heritage. Highlights of the weekend will include an auction on Saturday, an open air church service in the grounds of the chapel ruins with Creswell Colliery Band and vintage ploughing match on Sunday and a vintage tractor road run on Monday.
There will also be a programme of grand ring events, children’s activities and working demonstrations including a wide range of harvesting and cultivating machinery (weather permitting)
As a result of the generous support of local businesses, trade exhibitors and visitors to the event, in excess of £30,000 has been distributed to a range of charities and good causes over the past decade.
